I finally got a fix. Emailed the support team via a support ticket & they sent the auto-email they've been sending so I replied with my purchase ID & told them I was still having issues (I put support@minecrafthelp.zendesk.com in the CC bar incase)

@Zendesk @intercom You really need to think about the email experience of end-users, not just support agents. Anytime I've needed customer service from a company using your tools, after 2-3 emails it's impossible to know what is going on with my issue. Really frustrating.
