@aniline I should clarify... the issue was that this writer described Zendesk and Okta as "backbone" -- as in "Internet Backbone" (aka: Level1) -- providers, rather than just SAS companies.
They were describing companies that had dumped them, so I suspect Zendesk was one of those.
