@Bmwillz_ Checked via search and a good number of people are having same issue. Might be isolated to those who use Xfinity Flex. Disney and other platforms are working fine.

No comment about widespread issue. Was supposed to get a callback by now to ‘resolve my issue’ but still waiting.

I couldnt run yesterday morning because of the rain, so I looked for workouts on Xfinity Flex and an old school Taebo popped up. Did it with no problem. Piece of cake. But today my thighs stopped working and I need a cane to walk lol help

.@Xfinity flex box is trash. i am on my third one because they keep having issues and the replacement that came TODAY is already crashing. and the online "chat with an agent" bot is broken so there is no option for support.

@MrGonev6 it seems to be working fine on my xfinity flexbox ,roku streaming boox google Chromecast and appletv box and my amazon fire so it may be a issue on the pc aspect. i have not tryed the window app or the apple app for it. im sure there working on it is i reported it to xfi and roku

@askparamount - Keeping track of the episodes I have already watched is very inconsistent of late. Sometimes it works, most of the time it does not. Is there something I can do to fix this? I watch from Xfinity Flex and the website and both exhibit the same problem.

I thought something was wrong with my xfinity flex, but Twitter tells me I'm not the only one. So @Xfinity do you mind pushing out whatever update necessary to fix it? I only even pay for internet to stream TV so if I can't stream TV why should I pay for internet?

I receive notice that my Xfinity Flex box was shipped later that day (Aug 4). I received the box on Aug 6. I connected it to my tv and internet without issue. Two days later (Aug 8) pretty late (11pm), I try to use the flex box and I get an error.

@PlutoTV your player in @Xfinity flex has the top quarter of the screen dim, for both shows/movies and the ads. No other app on xfinity flex does this for me, so it is not their hardware or my TV. Please fix it when you can so stuff plays properly. Thank you!

She sets up an appointment for this morning from 8 am to 10 am and confirmed through the chat. No one ever showed. Chatted with another rep saying. Repeated the same reset from last night. Said we couldn’t get an appointment because of the XFINITY FLEX order! WTH! Broken system.

Xfinity Flex is a lot better than it used to be. There's more apps than before & you no longer have to go way down past the promoted content to get to them. The direction buttons on the remote are so terrible that its borderline unusable though.
