@XfinitySupport No thanks, all you do is block unsatisfied customers. Xfinty is going downhill real fast. After today's visit by your technician, it's a problem with your node in my area. Signal to my home is too high( if that's even possible). 6 days of intermittent service before you sent tech

@Moeeswan It drives better than than the xfinity car which is the exact way it races. Just because it has RR yaw doesn't mean it's not still RF dependent (like xfinity) with how they have the fixed setup for Homestead. As far as pitting that's a driver problem not the game or the car.

so @Xfinity can suck it. they had "crews working in my area" yesterday which cut my bandwidth in half (up and down). now i cant even talk to a person there because its snowing today "technicians cant help with your outage until after the storm" or some ****.

@XfinitySupport everyday there is an issue with our WiFi o Fairburn Georgia and we are not receiving any credit and customer service is nonexistent. Where is the service. I guess I'm going to have to look into other providers.

TV broadcasts for NASCAR have been pretty awful for a while. It's not just commercials either. It's also the production quality, and attitude of the broadcast. I actually enjoy Xfinity announcers more than Cup now.

So @Xfinity is so afraid to talk to people that they have the automated system turn you away when you want an ETA on an outage. That’s just pathetic. Even if a customer service rep says they don’t have an ETA. That would still be more helpful than having no information at all.

So @Xfinity is on its second outage in a week. The status page says it should be resolved 15 minutes ago. The automated system refuses to give me any kind of credit. AT&T was slow but at least it stayed up.
