@WISPAnews @WisperISP @NTIAgov There needs to be some focu$ on helping smaller WISP operators. BEAD is designed to exclude them & in about 4 years, when BEAD becomes RDOF 2.0 and failures/defaults happen, it will be up to those small WISPS to pick up the slack. @WisperISP I did get some help. Thank you. However, same problem as before, works great until it doesn’t. No rhyme nor reason. Just stops connecting for a while … seems to eventually start working again…until it stops … need a tech up for a challenge! #help #justwantinternet

Also was hoping @WisperISP would have fixed the issue soon enough but they didn’t internet went out an hour ago and hasn’t come back up! Hopefully it’ll be back up for tomorrows stream !! Goodnight all

@WisperISP Tech help is one way. When there is an issue, I have to call. There is no outbound communication where there is a service outage. Email and social would be a great way to make customers aware of service interruption. I’m not looking for help, I’m looking for courtesy.

@WisperISP I got a thing in the mail the other day saying that you service my area. So I went to your site and checked your prices. Why would you waste your time? Your cheapest plan is $65 for, what, 25 down? I'm paying $30 for 400 down. Why would I switch to your service?

It would have been really cool to have gotten an email or SOME KIND OF notification about the internet outage. But letting me find out in the middle of mandatory training that could result in losing my job, I guess that's fine. Thanks again @WisperISP

#mmWV may solve the problem of signal/noise ratio by physics, because it doesn't propagate much you may get to repeat channels, good thought by @WisperISP CEO Nathan Stooke.

@WisperISP SO quick update. There was an outage Friday in my area in the AM. Then suddenly when it came back up my speeds are great and steady, 2 days now. I think Gibbs Rule # 39 applies here "There is no such thing as coincidence."

Not happy right now with @WisperISP. Made appt last wk 2 have srv on another prop we own for 2day between 8-noon. When tech didnt show called in 2x & finally 2nd call was told there was an issue with scheduling and they wld have 2 resch. Did u not c this the 1st time I called?
