@Windstream Had an appointment Sunday for a repairman to fix my internet, which has been out since Thanksgiving. He did not show, nor bother to call. No one can tell me when this ordeal will end. Incompetence is all you provide.

If you are looking for a "SD WAN" solution and you see the name Windstream popup, RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! THE WORST OF THE WORST LOL. Unless, you like to have a 10 minute outage per week and their engineers don't know what's going on lol

@Talk2Windstream my internet frequently stops working. Has been for almost a year. On the modern it's either the internet light turns orange or the DSL1 light flashes. I've had technicians out to my house several times and the issue still exists.

2 weeks. 95!! Why is it so difficult to get someone out here to fix this. We have called and called and waited and waited and still nothing. Your customer service is abysmal. If I had any alternative provider I would switch in second but sadly windstream is our only option.

@Talk2Windstream Hi. Our internet (Kinetic) seems to be down. GigaPoint shows no light for Broadband (or Service). Power light is on and solid. (Have rebooted that and router.) Very new customer, anything more I can do?

@lewiles I met with @FirstElecCoop executives last week. They have tried to work with County Judge Davis in Perry County. I urged them to sit down and see what can be done. Note: Judge Davis is working with @Windstream on another option already.

4 days later. Tech finally came--problem turned out to be @Windstream's fault. Tech reset our internet wrong, told us to call for new trouble ticket. @Windstream's #customerservice sucks.

Just wanted to remind everyone that I'm paying $55 USD per month for 20meg down 1.5meg up internet from @Windstream
While other companies are offering gigabit up and down for those prices (At&t gigabit fiber is $60USD). I can't wait to move out of @Windstream service area.
