@wideopenwest After four attempts with technician visits, I'm still fighting the same issue. Support people are on such a delay that they talk over you when on a call. Keep having to call to get the charges dropped. I guess you're hoping I'll grow too frustrated and just pay.

Every day at 1830, my 1GB internet that I pay for from @WOW_WAY goes down (less than 100 mbps download and 0.9 upload) and it catches me off guard every time. For whatever reason, they cannot fix it. Internet service is a ****ing scam. https://t.co/zTShnOpEVm

@WOW_WAY Today is the 2nd outage I've had in less than a month, all wow had to offer was $5 credit. I had just paid a $300 bill. Do not switch over to WOW. You are better off staying with the internet company you currently have. I'm definitely looking into another internet service.

Been experiencing a lot of big internet service fluctuations from @WOW_WAY #1G speed over the past week.
The desktop on ethernet usually clocks in around 850Mbps, now, it's down to 194Mbps, so the #Wifi constantly drops :( https://t.co/dt5y2kookA

@WOW_WAY this is just ridiculous. Why don't we have options when it comes to ISP's? 4 months at this house and Wow has gone out at least 5 times. All day today so far! Every area should have its choice of FAST ISP, then we'd see how fast they fix their outages! #Wowsucks
