Our internet with @VyveBroadband has gone out YET AGAIN for OVER the 40th time in 30 days. We call to report the outage (again)... This is how terrible they are.. WE WOKE AND EMPLOYEE UP!!! SHE WAS SLEEPING AND IT AUTO ANSWERED AND THIS GIRL WAS ASLEEP Y'ALL!! 😂 Seriously!

@ossoff @abbye_atkinson I am concerned about a consumer protection issue. The consumer protection committee needs to look into northland cable now vyve broadband under mega broadband and GTCR media. They are not serving the rural communities they are ripping off the poor people in those communities.

@OneSharpS**** @VyveBroadband None of these companies want to fork over the dough to replace these trunks/amps/lines in the area so they continue to fix it with bubblegum and duct tape. Ask any technician, I bet they know exactly what's wrong but have been denied time and time again to replace the parts. $$$$

@Arorros @VyveBroadband Same here for me in SE Oklahoma. Extremely low speeds with various levels of packet loss, often significant. Can’t stay connected to streaming services at all regardless of wired or wireless connection. Reseting modem and flushing routing tables do not improve the issue.

, Well maintenance done on Friday left much to be desired. Saturday night's fix worked for about a day. Now, I'm going up and down and having to wait for a tech to be sent out to confirm it is a line issue. After a year, I'm pretty sure it is a line issue.
