Not once have I ever had a good experience at the @Verizon store. Told me my 8+ was worth $77 because of crack and told me to go fix it at the uBreakiFix across street. Got it fixed for $85, went back to Verizon, still worth $77 because of the tiny crack in the back...

Jeez Louise, Charlie. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but after all the sweet talking by the Verizon FIOS sales person on the phone, I never expected the new hook-up, promised to be MUCH faster, would be a downgrade.

@paulsolman Same here Paul. Ever since I "upgraded" my router with Verizon @verizonfios i've had issues. Countless hours on phone tech support and TWO visits by technicians to"fix" the problem. I'll just change my provider to..., oh wait, there is no one else. How did we get here?

Unacceptable. Can't contact Verizon FIOS to fix their Internet, supposedly "upgraded," on which my PBS NewsHour intvws depend. User ID, p***word don't work. A viewer once suggested a story explaining "low inflation": we customers do all the work ourselves. But FIOS costs $$$$$!

@haroldfeld You've missed the point completely. If Verizon were to use the spectrum then any contract Verizon has with the DoD would be impacted until and unless a certification is made that Ligado doesn't interfere. Since the only plan Ligado has is to sell to Verizon, that's a big problem

@VerizonSupport Have you ever heard of p*** phrases? There is a clear problem with what your automated system thinks is a "commonly used word". I used 3 random words and got this response, so I used 3 even more common words and didn't get this message.

I had to take my phone into Verizon to see if they could fix it. Dude was like, “Oh wow it’s a 7?” Haha so upgrade was done. Worked fine until the speaker went out.
