Gadzooks. Chasing down a Verizon account login. I had to visit a CORPORATE (not 3rd-party) storefront. It looked like I had to wait on USPS to send me a reset p***word. I'm stunned. Google, MS, and Apple all ask for 3rd-party backup reset info. Why not these guys? https://t.co/dOUQAXwhqq

@DIRECTV To little to late! You’ve shown that you would shut down a news channel because of your political bias. Along with AT&T and Verizon (who was my carrier until I recently disconnected) will ultimately and rightfully so loose their customer base. Conservatives have long memories !

Had a Verizon landline wire taken down with this snow storm that landed on 2 of my cars and across my driveway , they said 24 hours for a tech to come look at it and see if it can be removed. I said you can come pick it up from the curb as I snipped it and ripped it down myself.

Options for service with Verizon are at 4 price points. One of them is "5G w/ 480P streaming", I talked them down to that price for "5G w/ 720p streaming" (only loads 480p video w/o buffering)

@Verizon So I spoke to your customer service about a extra $500 on my bill for a promotional charge back. They confirmed it was incorrect. Only problem is that I have to pay the fee and then have it credited over the next three years. Seems absolutely ridiculous. 👍

Robots often trained to ignore-not help-customers. More phone time w/ Verizon "AI?" refusing my "agent" requests than it took the tech who showed, climbed pole on street that'd been hit by a tree & replaced my Internet drop! Q: Didn't robots see pattern of neighborhood outage?

They complained about it and threatened legal action their signal was so horrible out here. Turns out TMo had an issue they diagnosed with their towers, and now she has great service.
