@malleven33 @UScellular The location this is at- Actual OTG speeds- Less than 5/1 due to poor signal strength.
(-122 dBm RSRP/-20dBm RSRQ on Band 12 and -132 to -138dBm on B2 with -18dBm RSRQ) Its been a known issue since 2019. Engineering confirmed.

@UScellular Called today and went in to the local locations. Both stated their mistake, but not going to change anything. Basically, "suck it!" First reduced bill, they say, will be April. We'll be with a different service by then if you don't fix this.

@UScellular I have it's not my Sim card and the whole town is effected. It's a problem with your towers that you won't fix. Too busy trying to make 5g work in a rural area. That is when all the issues arose
