If @UScellular uses this program to replace their Huawei gear on the Newark tower... that tower needs torn down. It's only got 1 functional band, 10x10 B5, it can't use B2, B12 or B66 without causing interference with carriers just 5 miles to their south. https://t.co/mI4qWrbuPP

@UScellularCares No. You're looking at the map you give to your sales people. You're own technical support told me there is no "line of sight" issue, I'm simply too far from the towers to get any better signal.
I drive 8-10 mi. in order to upload anything on my phone.

I f'ing hate #USCellular's new voicemail system. I'm never able to leave a full cm without it cutting me off. Usually it's only a few seconds in recording the message. This has been an issue ever since the new system started. I also don't get notifications of vms.

USC- Our market penetration is horrible in most of our markets, especially MO. We believe its a marketing problem.
Customers- Your coverage sucks! It's not marketing.

@UScellular it says i have 2 bars of LTE and nothing loads. My service has been like this for months now no matter how many times we call. I’m getting tired of how poorly i’m treated by your staff. This problem even occurred when i was in D.C. where there should be no signal issues.

@stillsaavy @UScellularCares Yep. They are moving crews north to get those sites filled in before winter then they'll move back south into Kansas, Oklahoma and Illinois etc in the winter.
They are slowing down now though so customer losses must be weighing them down pretty bad. 9% market penetration here.

You can order @UScellular to shut down their Newark and Shelbyville towers.
The other ETC/High Cost Support carrier, CVW has all the areas USC covers and more, covered. So no one would be left without cell service. Verizon also covers Knox pretty well too.

You were given a verified engineering report explaining your coverage in this area and removing the 7 census blocks entirely and partially removing 2 others from your LTE coverage maps.

@EasternIARaider @UScellularCares The upgrades are typically pretty fast. They were on the Shelbyville, MO tower anyway. Not sure why they upgraded it as it was never congested and their 5G doesn't even reach the town of Shelbyville, MO. Standing at the pumps at the Caseys in town you get 9 down, 0.8 up Mbps.

friday evening i went to @UScellular with a LIST of concerns. 2 hours before they closed. I was the only customer in there and the rep couldn’t get me out of there fast enough. Didn’t fix anything and said “it’s going to take me a while to look over your bill” and shooed me out

@UScellular is like a sit down restaurant without wait staff. They claim to be the best network in the country but are missing one of the biggest requirements- The ability to provide service to customers.

@Weatheronthe8s @UScellular Not many know how to get it. I get mine through another carrier who monitors their penetration numbers but they only pull Missouri.
As of July 1 2021 US Cellulars market penetration in MO fell to 11%. In Shelby County, MO it fell to 9%. Down from a mid 60% high in 2012.

@Weatheronthe8s @UScellular I have always understood that. US Cellular just lies about how bad their coverage is far worse than the other carriers. It's why I just want them to correct their coverage maps so the problem is truly understood.
