Ting is a mobile virtual network operator and internet service provider owned by Tucows Inc. Ting provides cellular service in the United States using Sprint's CDMA, EV-DO 3G, and 4G LTE nationwide network as well as GSM service via the T-Mobile network.They also offer fiber-to-the-home symmetrical gigabit internet in certain markets. @tingFTW what happened to the rapid-response Ting support? Y'all used to have instant-answer on the phone and similar response times via chat. Now, not only is phone support down, but I'm currently 15 deep in the chat queue.

@tingFTW - I've been trying to call since Friday to cancel my service, but cannot get through to do so. I get the same message about a "Problem with Internal Systems" that then leads to a hang up. I ported my number to a new provider on Thursday. Can you please help me cancel?

@tingFTW It's time to look for a new provider because it appears Ting Mobile is going under since they are refusing to service their customers . They should shut their website down as well since they are acting so suspiciously.

@tingFTW Your online and telephone support have both been down since yesterday. I seem to have a failed SIM card and need to order a replacement, but I can't log in to my account without using 2FA, and I can't do 2FA because my phone won't get texts because I have a failed SIM!

@adastra1930 @tingFTW If you havenโt already done so, it may be prudent to check for recent changes to your device. OS updates, a new case (or move to not using one), and any recent bumps/bruises to the device can be the source.
While not a common fix, ejecting & reinstalling your SIM might help.

Beyond frustrated with @tingFTW.
They have a bug where my phoneโs data gets turned off periodically and I have to login to my account to turn it back on. Very inconvenient when I rely on Waze to navigate around road closures and traffic. Iโve opened support tickets and no fix.

@tingFTW ting pre dish buyout was phenomenal. Itโs gone downhill since. my voicemail hasnโt worked right for months. 2 days & 10 calls later -still no fix. No follow through. Pretend tech support. Diff person every call. on hold for 5 minutes and disconnected. 3rd time! Sucks
