My @Suddenlink internet went down for a few hours, a couple nights ago, and came back minutes before midnight. JUST received a text stating the outage in my area has been resolved. Yeah, I know, two days ago.

@suddenlink truly is the worst. Internet is guaranteed to go down EVERY SINGLE AFTERNOON. Makes working from home a real joy. So glad we have a whopping TWO provider options where we live.

@SuddenlinkHelp We were told that 3 days after the person who came to look at our issues. That there would be someone coming to replace boxes outside on the power lines to fix the problem... it has been over a month and still have same issues.

@Suddenlink I'll tell you right not it isn't an issue with the router or modem. It's an issue with coding. The router receives the request for the mobile address and resets. The request is the same as the internal code that signals the device to reset.

@SuddenlinkHelp I don't know why every time there's a problem with my account, your customer service is so trash. Cable isn't working and I'm told it will be FIVE DAYS before a tech can come out. That is ridiculous and unacceptable. Guess it's time to look at other options.

Found out what happened.
Dr's offc. uses @Suddenlink for internet and phone, so, as happens often during the year w/Suddenlink - all services went down & they are STILL awaiting repair.
