@optimum is the absolute worst. Had hopes when Suddenlink became @optimum but apparently it’s the exact same level of incompetence. No service for two months. Can only issue credit when service is resolved. And the “credit” is for less than 2 weeks of service. Solid work!

Welp, @optimum is ha ing an outage. Again. I swear things have gotten worse since they took over for Suddenlink. I'm signed up for outage alerts, but never get them bc my area is affected by every outage in/around Austin but is never included on their crappy outage map.
