@SpiritAirlines I’ve never been more disappointed in a flight than LAS - CLE. Last minute changes made to things I paid for, no help from any of your agents and a general attitude of “it’s not our problem” from everyone ***ociated with your airline.

And that’s only IF the agent would acknowledge you existed. I’m pretty sure @SpiritAirlines trains their employees to look down and act like customers do not exist. Let’s shorten the story a bit though. They officially cancel the flight around 1115/1130PM

@SpiritAirlines You admit your system had issues last night, then you raise the prices. Now I’m being charged $500+ to use my air miles. You didn’t have a problem taking my payment but you sure are having an issue allowing me to book the flight. Now you won’t answer the phone.

Another niece works for @SpiritAirlines. Why do they only pay their flight attendants 2.35/hr while they have to sit at the airport in uniform waiting on reserve. Pay minimum wage! How is this legal? Our problem in this country is the corporations not the average citizen.

Can’t really rag on too much on @SpiritAirlines the delay was due to customs issue at @FLLFlyer. Poor planning, worse execution. 0 empathy for angry frustrated p***engers, 0 attempts to make it right (or at least try to better the situation). Unprofessional and disorganized
