@busdieckerjb @SamsungSupport @SamsungUS Probably eternity. It's a design defect, which there isn't a true fix for. Mine has been "fixed" twice, before it completely stopped working. @Samsung offered me a pitiful refund (less than 1/4 of what I paid for it). I'm now waiting for a court date 😡@FridgeRecall

@SamsungSupport Now it is broken again. Same problem. I spend 900 dollars on a dishwater I have used twice. My warranty is almost half over and I had to empty it and wash all dishes by hand. I want it replaces it is flawed. I was going to purchase a stove and microwave from you.

@SamsungSupport Bought a dishwasher. Had to wait 2 months to get it. I receive it from Home Sepot. Has a problem from the manufacturer. Made an appointment. You guys cancel it. Wait another week man comes has to order part. Wait another week he comes and try’s to fix it

@SamsungSupport That’s not the issue. The issue is I requested Samsung service, Samsung contracted it out and I paid for it all while Samsung knew they no longer made parts for it. It’s less than 4 years old. @Samsung doesn’t stand behind their products

@SamsungSupport after going to local repair shop set up by Samsung I sent my S7 tab in. Now Samsung says the screen is chipped, no chips at local authorized repair shop and sent in same day. Looks like someone at Samsung tried the"run sharp edge around inside bezel to fix."

@SamsungSupport And don't get me started on the broken dryer that was delivered and taken back and still waiting for a response on when you will send me the replacement dryer. The order still shows as delivered. That is whole other issue that I have not gotten resolution on yet........

@SamsungSupport I watch or play, nor do I leave my tv idle for more than a few minutes). Also, the games i play are rotated very frequently. So I unplugged the TV for the night, and when i plugged it back in the next day, all the ghost lines were gone. See picture for the issue https://t.co/LAksvDDldV

I bought my beloved frame tv a little over a year ago, obviously it stops working 2 months after the warranty expires. This tv is too new (and too expensive) to just not fix or just toss. I’ve tried to set up a repair appointment with @SamsungSupport and crickets since Sunday.
