@SamsungSupport In Aug (within the first year of purchasing my business phone from you) sound when out for calls and video. Took to local recommended repair shop. Now, 5 months later, same issue. The local repair shop doesn't know what's wrong. Need a fully functional phone.

@SamsungSupport 2019 RU7100 TV. Bought Galaxy Buds Pro today to replace my buds+. The pro do not pair with the tv at all! Both wearables and tv support say they are incompatible. Please fix or I will have to return my purchase lest I risk divorce due to keeping my wife awake :(

@SamsungSupport is horrible. They sent a dead panel when they came to fix my monitor, then offered a replacement, and are now refusing a replacement forcing me to return then repurchase the monitor at a higher price than what I paid

Some of the @SamsungSupport technicians are just frustrating to deal with. One dude straight up did not understand the issue I was having and then just hung up on me. That's easily the worst support I've ever had.

@SamsungSupport My husband sent his phone for repairs, when it was returned, it was minus the SIM card tray. He has made 6 separate calls asking for the return of his tray and each CS rep says they will send in 48 hrs. It has been 4 weeks. Simple solution, what’s the problem?

@SamsungSupport I can't send a photo because of how the picture comes out w/ the screen on & a screenshot isn't be applicable because it seems like there's a problem w/ the gl*** on the tablet. I don't know what it is but I think I just might return the tablet to Target to get my money back.

@smartthings last update modified how to set parameters for light temperature. The new slider is very sensitive so it's impossible to set same temperature for different lights. Before, user was able to set parameters with keyboard.

Shout out to @SamsungSupport. Found out my Ody G9 had an issue in 240hz mode, barely noticeable vertical lines. Was giving me a headache for the last 13 days. Within 10 mins they had a tech call me and setup a time to come replace the mainboard. No cost.

Overall I think the software on the individual items (philips hue, samsung smartthings, aqara) let them down but using home ***istant brings it all together nicely.

Ok this is really bizarre... Any other @SamsungMobile @SamsungSupport Android users having this problem with the @Twitter app? Every time I open Twitter, it triggers my S20 to go into "do not disturb" mode. When I close twitter, DND turns off again. 🤷♂️
