@SamsungSupport I was in chat on your website for 90 minutes to fix a watch reactivation lock. I have owned the watch from day 1 and bought a new phone now it will not unlock. Only to be lied to and told just buy a new one. After being p***ed around by 7 customer service reps.

@SamsungSupport I provided the same, here is exact: RF30BB69006MAA. I know how to reset and it is not a software bug instead it is hardware issue and for this entire model series. At max u can fix Bixby issue but not the 2 hardware issues (screen and sound issues) that I mentioned.

Let me know how u can help. At max u can fix Bixby but not the 2 hardware issues (screen and sound issues) that I mentioned.

@mysticryuujin @parithosh_j @Samsung @SamsungSupport It definitely looks like a cable bandwidth issue. I'd recommend the 8K Maya Zeskit HDMI 2.1 cables from Amazon. Stay under 10ft if you can. Good luck.

@SamsungSupport I bought this TV Samsung 65" Cl*** - QN85BD from Costco with lot of hopes. Most of the time the picture and the sound goes out of sync and needs me to restart the video. I researched and found that many people have had this issue since long. 1/2

I got a couple of Samsung Tags that go with their SmartThings App. It works, & it's simple. Notifies me when we're separated. It'll work from across town; signal hitchhikes through the cell network, back to me.

@SamsungSupport having the worst Samsung experience. Inferior product (washer), inferior customer service, inferior communication and solution. Washer is 1 year old and has broken 3 times in 3 months. All the same issue. Horrible wait times for service.

@SamsungSupport My washer has broken 3x in 3 months and is 1 year old. No one takes responsibility. Samsung says only the service tech can say I need a new one. Service tech says only Samsung can authorize it. Around and around we go. Weeks without a washer after spending $1,000.

@SamsungSupport My 1 year old washing machine has broken 3 times in 3 months. I paid $1,000. No one wants to accept responsibility and issue me a new product. Samsung tells me only the service tech can recommend this. The service tech says only Samsung can. Around and around.
