At Skyscanner, getting the latest prices was a complex operation. A graph of possible ways to fly, and the cost of these each is a decent mapping of the problem. Weighed graph traversal, and coding it in practice is what the company runs on. With caching, of course. #graphs

@davethomson84 hey Dave, booked flights through Skyscanner and Gotogate. They took all the money and then haven’t booked flights on Ryanair. Very clear from reviews online that they’re a scam based on the amount of people having the same issue

A cool dream last night. I found a return trip to Canada for £20 on skyscanner and told @itsjakehughes to take a spontaneous trip with a stranger (me) for a weekend! He was down but too bad the dream ended there. Wonder if he’s down one day!? 👀😂

Best day to book a flight is Tuesday or Wednesday. Also, use an app like SkyScanner or Just Fly & they’ll update you when the price goes up & down, also will tell you “this will be your best deal but now”

@vapingblades Best thing to do mate, look at a package on where u want to go(Tui, Jet2 etc) jot down how much that would be.
Then look at flights on Skyscanner, it gives up to date prices from each UK airport to where you going. Personally I would always get flights direct with the airline 1/

Other airlines have refunded promptly. I will doubt I will ever use @TurkishAirlines again.
