Once in Broadway at the Beach our youngest son was only four and went missing in the Disney Store. They shut down the store and wouldn’t let anyone in or out for 20 minutes until we finally found him hiding under a clothes rack. I don’t think that store is there now. https://t.co/xlGUyJSamw

having a pretty chill birthday this year. had a surprise dunkin' delivery this morning for breakfast while watching disney movies, went shopping at the disney store, got free starbucks, had pizza & wings, pineapple upside down cake & now just chillin' an watching school of rock

Buy Orange Bird ornament from @shopDisney. Ornament arrives broken. Request exchange and have to spend $14 to ship back. Then Disney emails and says item is no longer available. So I’m just out $14 for return shipping that should be free and no ornament? Thanks #Disney.

Hi @RobertIger you might want to talk to Josh & Ken about the broken mobile order at DLR. People who open lots of Disney profiles (DLR, MDE, shop Disney, Disney+), in other words your most loyal guests, are having billing address/profile problems and are blocked from mobile order

@shopDisney Can’t see history on app or website. Deleted app and re-downloaded. Cleared cookies on browser. Signed out and back in. Called customer service two months ago. Was told it’s a known glitch and will be fixed soon. My friend doesn’t have this issue. It was never fixed.

@SquidDiddly1989 Creating too much merch nobody wants. Disney Stores had the same problem with Star Wars sequel toys. Nobody wanted it, but the stores couldn't clearance it out, so they had to stock new product in front of it.

My problem is I now run a small woman owned mini brands Disney Store business and funding $9 a mini brand capsule to fill my tiny little plastic store up is getting expensive 😭

@StreamClues Disney+ will be gone within 5 years. They always try things themselves, Disney Stores being the prime example, realise they can't make any money from it and then shut it down and license the product.
