The @SantanderBankUS Credit Card division sucks. They turned me down saying "unable to verify or process your application". I asked what they need for verification. 18 days later I'm still waiting on a response.

Is there an issue with the Cheque Deposit feature on Santander Banking app? @santanderukhelp been trying to bank a cheque and I’ve followed all of the requirements that it asks and I always get the ‘image failed’ alert. All of the images I’ve taken for the cheque are super clear.

@abbythelibb_ All of these outsource service to AWS, which has had problems in the past. Facebook recently made a switch to MySQL 8.0 despite also running PHP. Santander Bank had a historic outage of over a week (!) abt 2 months ago, though you will find almost no articles abt it. 🃏
