We stopped gaming because the player who only plays Gnomes and Player who only wants to watch the DM's world burn threw a fit over arguing over whether the NPC is holding a baby or a boat. It all went down on Roll20.

So a while ago I had my first Call of Cthulhu one-shot (I was the Keeper/DM) and it was super fun >:) it was based in 1926 on a old island lighthouse that had broken down (free supplement on Roll20 called “The Lightless Beacon”) and these are the drawings of the two players :D https://t.co/qz41LgAYS9

@dimension20show @johnnystantoniv My monday group dm does this as well, private rolls on roll20. The sheer panic when someone goes down is real, and the hurry to get over to them with healing spells or potions.

@Kalandras_ my ongoing 3 year online campaign is run on roll20 and personally i have no issue with it. ^^ i think rolling without seeing would be a trust thing, and i know someone in my group would cheat and fudge the rolls

@roll20app 4+ doesn't even begin to feel like I played a game. By the time all the late players show up, then they get out their books and sheets, and finally talk themselves out so we can begin to play we're down to what? An hour and a half FFS? 12+ hours! Start at noon, finish at sunrise.

@DropTheDie It’s the lack of player options at level 1 or 2. Most rounds are I swing my sword or cast a cantrip. The problem is by level 10 with feats/subcl***es you have too many options-literally 20 macros on roll20.

@GrumackBlack @paizo I'm gonna break out the broken record here and suggest investing in Foundry VTT. It supports drag and drop and everything in the pf2e mod, and pretty much everything you can find on Archives of Nethys will also be on the PF2e for FVTT mod.
Roll20 support for pf2e has been woeful

BUT I noticed m***ive frame skips when people used sniper defenders+obliterator or Neon Sniper equipped on them and now it no longer happened so maybe they on it.

@epicdndmemes I have my issues with roll20 as a creator, but aside from that, the VTT is good. It's free for most people and people can do a lot. I just want them to fix darkmode so everything is visible on it.
