niggas couldn’t get into prime 39 last night bc i had on a sweatsuit, which wasn’t my issue bc i knew they have a dress code and forgot. my issue is the hostess went on a whole spiel about not having a resy & there being a wait, etc just to say “oh but sweatsuits aren’t allowed”

@resy you should fix the problem of not being able to make a second reservation “within the same meal time” 3 hours later. Had to have my fiancé make the ****tail bar reservation after dinner because your App wouldn’t let me.

@resy when are you going to fix your app, so that it stops frequently failing to recognize the user, and then goes into a loop, blocking the user from recognizing it. Are you even noticing all the negative feedback online?

.@resy is completely broken, the moment a res window is opened it gets booked out by bots. Even 3 weeks in advance. A company meant to make dining easier and more accessible has made it impossible to book a restaurant. Don't get me started on their 4 step log in process.

Hey @AmericanAir When I booked RT direct flights 6 mos in advance for my wife & 1 y/o, then 1 mo before departure you changed that resy to awful indirect flights, then day of departure while taxiing you cancelled my awful flight because the "flight attendant's phone was broken"
