@RCNconnects @WaveConnects So it turns out the issue was caused by a bad firmware update from @NETGEAR . The rep I finally got a hold of, mentioned this in p***ing. I had to use my wife’s phone and pretend to be a new customer to get to talk to someone. Not happy having to resort to these kinds of tricks

@RCNconnects @WaveConnects i know that my account is with Astound powered by Grande. But I’ve been on hold for two hours waiting to talk to a single rep. It has gone from being a “fix my internet” to “cancel all services” call to them. Still no luck.

@RCNconnects Image you could not work and your kids can’t get online to do their various activities (homework etc)? They sent 5 technicians to finally get me back online. Internet is part of our utility bills now. We need it for everything! I am a long time RCN customer &NEVER had such issue
