@RCNconnects No. We can talk in public. Your service is terrible. Can’t go half an hour without dropping. Really fun when you’re trying to stream something. Mine has been down for a full month. You haven’t apologized or offered a refund. And the random rate hikes are fun.

@alanwehler @RCNconnects They told me via DM that "an outage has now been declared by our techs, who are working on getting this resolved" and then the previous outages on 1/7 and 1/11 we're caused by weather.
There's no bad weather right now 🤷🏻♂️

@RCNconnects I spoke to RCN and they don't see any problem with that ... It seems that it's the policy of cable/internet providers to raise rates once they got you - that's why I quit Comcast

@RCNconnects Internet connection in Eastern PA continues to be sporadic. Can trace the issue to IP: 207.172.18.149, which is one hop after "https://t.co/ExP39pKMZz." There's around 10% packet loss at that point. Based on the name, I ***ume it's in Maryland. Please look into it.
