@Basti Bastion my family was completely let down by POSTMATES last Friday night. Our food delivery was cancelled after it was picked up by the POSTMATES driver and 3 minutes away from us. We didn’t get dinner and we didn’t get any apology or compensation. Terrible way to treat customers

Dang @Postmates not sure what’s been happening but y’all’s service has been increasingly unreliable- just waited over an hour for food to be marked as “delivered” when the driver never left the restaurant. Consistently seems like an app problem

I just got a Postmates email talking about “oh no, we are going to look into it and correct this issue right away” about something I (probably drunkenly) complained about in JANUARY . . . 🤔but I’m HERE FOR GOOD👏🏽CUSTOMER👏🏽 SERVICE👏🏽

@Postmates_Help My address and where the delivery gate is located are different. I always put this in the delivery notes, but I get frequent calls from your drivers because they go to the wrong gate & then can't get in. How can I fix this so they read the notes?

FWIW, @Drizly has a fantastic policy that allows them to disable the account of a loved one with a substance abuse problem that alcohol. @Uber @UberEats @Postmates on the other hand refuses to offer any help whatsoever. Take note on which companies actually care about society.

Im not ****ing w/ @Postmates till y’all stop having your drivers driver 8mi round trip for 2$. Sorry, but your set up is like a .5/10 while @Grubhub is a solid 9/10. Oh, and fix the layout of the whole thing. I’m sick of driving 10mi to a spot that’s closed and not getting a dime

All the while as this last stimulus which is meant for migrants and those with children, I did have to resort to apply for a small business loan. Pre-qualified I am allowed 2900. This shall allow me to calm down and focus on not having to withdraw every $10 on Postmates.
