@Candlewars2 @PlayNowCasino I spoke with customer support. They said that technical team is working on the issue. All players will be refunded. I raised the issue of spent time and trust and accountability (transparency as well). I can dm if I get more info. Pretty disappointing so far.

@PlayNowCasino Really need to provide more information on what you think the issue might be. Since it isn't browser specific or time specific, this has to be a back end issue. Can you verify to us any wagers made when the errors displayed would of not been wins?

@PlayNowCasino An honest response would be to give players their money back .. site should be shut down while maintenance is going on. No rhythm to play .. just a couple spins then a technical issue message. Shut down and fix the problem!!

I think I might file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

@BritneyDenson @PlayNowCasino Yes, it appears to be glitchy, once again. I'm not sure why @PlayNowCasino and their "technical" team don't see this. But we can deposit money no problem. Their resolution is ALWAYS clear caches, reset browsers, etc., as if we don't know what we are doing in this day and age.

Try to make a deposit about 10 minutes ago and on my tablet I got an error message and on my phone when you get to the 3D authentication screen the wheel just spins and never progresses.

@BCLC @PlayNowCasino If anyone is reading, do not play on Playnow they have no issue taking your money within 5 seconds when you deposit but when you go to cash out you have to wait multiple days if not weeks for them to accuse you of money laundering and/or being a terrorist. Usual government scam.

@PlayNowCasino So you just bribe the GPEB/TGS5. Explain why your system always goes down right before a huge lottery? Then explain how everytime that happens all prizes are carried over? Which allows you to draw the sales but you dont pay out the proper % to money in money out. That's illegal
