@carlalaura99 @onepeloton @andrewrsorkin Go to peloton app on phone, select the ride and scroll down. You can also see it in the ride results on the bike’s monitor. Faai have to click into one of your rides and you will see it.

@onepeloton peloton doesn’t care about any of its customers. 6 months waiting for a bike I paid for is excessive. The customer service for this company is terrible!!!! Either fix this or I will continue to complain on all social media platforms...

@onepeloton Tread installed yesterday. Wobbles like mad. Customer support says it'll take 2 days to speak to someone that can organise a team to fix. Who knows when/if they'll turn up after that. Total shambles. Please contact so I can use my Tread safely

Waited 5 days for screws, more days for techs. No one ever contacted us. When we called @onepeloton back to inquire they listened a bit more closely to our description of the problem and sent out a new screen. 4/

No crew showed up or called. When we were unable to get through to the delivery crew we called @onepeloton. They have been less than helpful. Despite explaining problem to them they insisted on sending out just new screws and promised to send techs once they arrived. 3/

The delivery techs enthusiastically tried to remove the stripped screws with power tools and completely ruined the screw head. No way to disconnect the upside down screen from the bracket of the @onepeloton Bike+. Delivery crew promised to return following day w/ parts to fix. 2/

Update on our @onepeloton bike disaster: Ordered a Peloton Bike+ in mid Jan. Knew we would have to wait. Delivery schedule for 3/31. Bike+ delivered 3/31 and techs attached the screen upside down on the bike and stripped the screws 1/

If you’re having trouble accessing #PSN, @onepeloton or @AppleTV and your ISP is @Ask_Spectrum ... this is entirely a DNS issue on Spectrum’s end and you can fix it by switching your DNS servers to be Google’s servers.
