@PECOconnect so if they don’t show up today what is my recourse? An appt after the 14th when you’re going to shut off service for something that is an equipment issue and not something I did? Awful.

@PECOconnect why is it ok that appt window closes before crew shows up to fix a meter issue? I have been waiting since 7am w/no contact from them. A broken meter b/h an apt bldg is not my fault & you threaten to shut off service? I gave them permission to access & they are late.
