@PECOconnect You guys are crooks! My mother’s neighbors rigged her meter and the electric bill went up. Y’all told her it was her problem and left her with the bill. She died in June 2021. The family told y’all we weren’t paying and to disconnect the service to allow a new acct.

energy tip for @PECOconnect customers.. don’t use @TomorrowEnergy1 they will screw you big time at the end. Never had this problem with any other provider and over used more then 5 over the years. The customer service rep was extremely rude as well.

@PECOconnect I understand we have to do work to renovate and improve our infrastructure, but having a a power outage this long in the middle of the day during a work week is a bit unprofessional. I know we got a letter about it, but wasn't really expecting this type of outage.

Hey @PECOconnect got a pre-recorded call on cell @ 428p EDT saying power would be shut down in area for 1 hour at 445p EDT, before the message completed power was shut down. WTF? I was on an important client call! Thanks for the "warning" That's messed up! DM to discuss

@PECOconnect estimated restoration is 5 days??? How is this okay Sept 5th 11pm. I’m on day 4 of no power and my block had no damage … neighbors further down the block have power/hot water. Can’t boil anything cause need electricity. This is ridiculous.
