@ATTHelp @ATT AT&T ***ociates have lied to me twice and I have been a customer well over a decade. Does anyone else have this problem? I’m trying to pay off my devices but they are misleading me. I think it’s time to find a new carrier…maybe @Mintmobile

I purchased two "new" phones from @Mintmobile because I had trust in @VancityReynolds. After three months of connectivity issues, I have nothing to show for it except frustration, wasted time and money. @MintMobileCares is zero help. @SamsungMobile Mint say it's your issue?

Quick update, nearly a month later and this issue still isn't resolved! Mint said they'd refund me on Feb 27 and surprise, still no refund! But don't worry, they're opening another ticket to investigate. Complete jokers @MintMobileCares

(Cont'd) mint mobile number since I used wifi calling. I did order parts go fix that iPhone 7 I got at a thrift store last year I already had my iCloud on it but the replacement screen I put on it broke. I can't use my Apple Watch on it since my Series 7 runs watchOS 9 (cont'd)

Well cant be lazy about it anymore as @boostmobile still never could fix the calling issues instead just stone wall me. Too add insult they are now charging twice the rate and do anything about it as they don't have a system for there workers to use anymore. @Mintmobile maybe?

@MintMobileCares You told me my service was down 2x because I asked for a refund. That is nonsense. 1) I didn't ask for a refund until AFTER it was down. 2) Mint doesn't give refunds for cutting service. But thank you for looking into this, that was good service!🙂

I'd like to point out that A) The mint mobile twitter support never got back to me or allowed me to text them. B)I figured out the issue with my phone on my own that would have been an easy trouble shoot to suggest. and C) They still don't know what they're doing.

Friends, I cannot recommend enough that you AVOID @Mintmobile. The customer service is bad, and if you don't discover service problem in the first week, no refund for you. MOST IMPORTANT, you can't block numbers from calling and leaving voicemails. My abuser was able to call me.

Then bad actor enrolls for OTP verification for everything and has a high chance of cracking something. 24hrs block gives time to react
