If you’re on Mediacom and having issues with Google services today, the issue is with the Mediacom DNS server. You can try changing to Google DNS or 1.1.1.1.

There are 11 players in the team! if one goes down, 10 others should raise their game to finish the match. you can always have fielder as a replacement but replacing bowler with bowler or batsmen... will never be fair to the game.

@MediacomCable Why do I need to have a tech come out to get my static IP reset? My internet/WiFi works except for certain apps that worked before I upgraded my service. I had the same issue at the beginning of year & I called & it was changed. Tonight I was told I need a tech?!

Pace, FL, Tiburon East subdivision, I called mediacom to report outage, they said there was no outage, and scheduled a service call next week. Everyone in my subdivision is out and I told them this and they still said there was no outage...really!

@MediacomCable Yes signal levels are always good. I'm sure it's an SNR issue on the upstream somewhere on the main lines or something. I run a stream on Twitch and my viewers just love when it cuts in and out and disconnects because this service is horrible. Incredibly frustrating!

@MediacomCable I would just like to say, 2 weeks no internet, none can give us a time when it will be fixed and can't even get a tech to come to the house. Been on phone with both local office and customer support and still no time frame. Issue they say with tap,but didn't fix.

Well @MediacomSupport your network is causing some issues again. I know that you like everyone else is still cleaning up from the Derecho of Aug 10. But Please fix your network so I can stream. Constant disconnects and dropped frames make it impossible.

@MediacomCable Internet went out, was working fine the night before. Have tried everything on our end with tech support, still no internet. Our kids have online school due to the pandemic and we can’t get a tech out until December 9th to fix your product, not acceptable!

@TEGNA Unfortunately your greed has resulted in one issue in Davenport and maybe more markets, directv is the only way to get fox sports regionals thru sports pack. Because you pulled wqad from there it is either miss wqad or pay youtube tv on top of it or miss the rsns with mediacom.

@MediacomSupport Not completely down now but getting 2-14Mbps download on a 100Mbps plan. Neighbors having issues too. Reset my network and no change. Been bad ever since some underground fiber work was done in area Nov. 3rd. Very inconsistent. This has to STOP!!

@MediacomSupport Its all good, just file it for the future if another customer has the issue. Maybe ping the firewall gods on your end, they may find a future easier work around. I think the fix would be way above our levels anyway. If I travel in the future I may get a VPN.

@MediacomSupport On both the STARZ and BBCA apps it says unable to reach server when trying to log in. Im thinking its a firewall issue on the distant end blocking the IP from Panama. I ran into this a few years ago in Eastern Europe as they block certain IPs because of hacking
