If you valued me as a customer, you would’ve resolved a very simple issue by refunding what I attempted to purchase without taking up hours of my time!

The JC Penney at the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua used to physically extend into M***achusetts, but when the commies complained that they wanted taxes from every store in the mall, the owner instead tore down that corner and bricked up the hole. Now the commies get $0. https://t.co/5KE8oodIfo

She paid $10/month from a $110 SS check till it was paid for.
Taught me lessons I still remember today.

Yes they should. It waters down the brand and it's a waste of components during a semiconductor shortage. They need to go back to simplifying their lineup to fewer, greater products. This by-the-numbers shotgun approach is making Apple look like Halston for JC Penney

@Heghoulian I worked in a 3-story JCPenney (😆) as a young adult. I used to ride the fright elevator up and down, wander around in the warehouse in the ba*****t where the mannequins were all stuffed.

@GaryAREA Church was on 13th & Connecticut (behind the police station). As kids after Church we’d hit the Palace Theatre, snack at Big Boy, check out Tom Oleska’s, stroll on down- Gordon’s, Goldblatts, Cornet Shop, JC Penney, etc. Hit 5th Ave, caught a bus and headed home.
