@hotelscomhelp disgusted, used my credit voucher to book refundable hotel stay which i needed to cancel due to quarantine. they wont issue a new credit voucher even though refundable rate. say voucher cannot be re used but no where in T and c's does it say no new voucher

Hey @hotelscomhelp your customer service is normally amazing but I’m struggling on this. You’ve debited me a reward night for a stay that was cancelled. Your chat function doesn’t work on the website and the phone number is only for bookings. I’m £250 down though... please help!
