@hometelecomcare hey, for future reference do you have a service status page on your site or phone line? My Internet is down tonight and I can't seem to get any answers as to why or when it will come back on

We're really looking forward to our new plusnet service from tomorrow!
It's HomeTelecomUK who are failing to provide an adequate service and who've failed to refund the overcharged bill.

AVOID @hometelecomcare like the plague.
We moved out of our previous house in December. I left @EE when we moved out - not a problem. Account closed.
We moved into rented accommodation on 18th December and signed 6 month contract with Home Telecom UK

@HomeTelecom My internet has been down for 2 hours, I work from home and can’t atm. Tech says they see it down on their end but I have to wait for someone to contact me for further support. this is NOT OK and not a way to run a tech business

Had the most upsetting email from @HomeTelecom wanting to charge me for an engineer visit where I proved there was a problem with my internet even though they couldn't figure out what it was. I moved to #BT Jan 20 2021 because of 3 weeks without decent internet. They fixed it
