Just gonna say that @****oFresh has solid customer service. It’s rare I have issues, but when delivery delays cause problems (out of their hands) they are so quick to issue a refund and fix my account. Thanks HF!

@Tine_R*** You’ll do fine! ****oFresh recipes are fairly straightforward and well explained. The only issue I’ve ever encountered with subscription boxes, which you won’t have to deal with tonight, is that they sometimes (grossly) underestimate cooking time for poultry. Good luck!

I find them a lifesaver as I’m a crap cook, but I can’t go wrong following the recipe cards and everything all prepped and measured out! 🤣

Gutted I've been using ****ofresh for a few weeks because it means I don't have to think about food or go shopping etc & this week because it's my birthday I treated myself to a 5 meal box with all my fav dishes but there was a problem at the depot so now, no box & no food in

@ReformedCam @****oFresh @FedEx OMG. I had a similar thing happen but the box only showed up a day late. I watched it via tracking ride around on a truck all day only to get it the following day, room temperature. ****o Fresh refunded me no problem. They have great customer service.

It’s a real shame that @goustocooking doesn’t care how bad their delivery is. Found ours left in a warm shared area, forcibly wedged on its side leaving red box marks on the ceiling. Complained of a similar issue last time. Didn’t care. Probably time to go back to @****oFreshUK

@KatyMontgomerie My home office was 29C at 9am. I've had the portable AC on for two and a half hours and it's down to a bearable 26C. I am also holding onto a ****oFresh Ice pack wrapped in a cloth too and now I am comfortable. But in the actual office when it gets down to super chilly, yikes! 🥶

1. make sure your cust. service people actually listen to and don't argue with customers. If they can't help, they need to find someone who can.
