Digital television is available only to fiber customer as part of the tripple play Frontier FiOS service. Frontier mainly operates in rural areas Is it up or down? Is it down for me? My internet has been down since Saturday night 6/25/2022. No one can tell me how long it will be. I work from home and need to have an idea so I can make arrangements to work somewhere else. This is not a ridiculous request.

@FrontierCorp Sent a DM. The issue should have been escalated on the 20th when I asked initially. It's inconceivable that a company the size of Frontier believes its okay to have a customer down for over half a month and still charge them for a full month of service.

@FrontierCorp @AskFrontier I have opened complaints with the FCC and BBB due to our service outage since June 14th and no ability to escalate to management. If that policy changes or we can get the service restored let me know so I can update those complaints.

On the other hand, scaling things down and moderating expectation is a mature step if you find yourself unable to meet design goals. For the best.

I read papers from some of the most prolific and meritorious research labs publishing work in Frontiers and decided as one of the possible venues for publishing.
It should ultimately come down to the content of the papers.

@FrontierCorp @AskFrontier Day 15 of Service Outage and I got a text message the tech appt for June 23rd that was a no show no call was moved to June 30th. Side note, my auto pay for June went right on time. Love being billed for a service I can use for half a month!!!

@FrontierCare I paid extra for exit row seats when I booked my flights months ago. When I checked in today they changed my seats, refunded the money and now will not help me get my original seat back. Please resolve this issue.

@FrontierCorp And the outage the week before? And the week before that? And the one before that? Every week we lose internet here & it's never taken off the bill & every time it's for several hours or most of the day & all we get are excuses, & I still end up paying for service I don't get.
