In the email FPL actually says that the “projected energy cost” is down, offsetting their extra fee on us. So he’s right and FPL is wrong for charging us

@insideFPL The problem was that even though I am on auto-pay, FPL hadn't processed February's payment before it sent me March's bill. Try to keep up, my time is too valuable to waste on discovering your auto-pay errors.

@HillBeverlyhill It sounds like no matter what the breakdown of the bill electricity more expensive in TX than FL. There is a municipality near me that owns their electric grid. It is always going down and is more expensive. I guess I am happy with Florida Power and Light.
