First I was told that @AirCanada didn’t complete the flight cancellation and @FlightHub couldn’t issue the refund as the Waybill number was missing. Called @aircanada they said my flight was cancelled and archived nothing they can do.

@FlightHub TO say I'm unimpressed with the service and customer care with @FlightHub is an understatement. I have spent many of hours on the phone to fix an issue that was made by one of there own and still there response is it was my fault. It has cost me thousands of dollars.

@tapairportugal We booked flights from YEG to Lisbon in April thru FlightHub. On Aug8 TAP AP sent email - Aug21 flight TOR to Lisbon moved. Flighthub rebooked for Aug20 and is waiting for your code to issue us the tickets. We are leaving in 5 days. TAP AP is ignoring the requests. Please help

Some actions Secy Pete's DOT & their Aviation Consumer Protection office have taken:
- fined Air China $300,000 and ticket agent FlightHub Group $300,000
- fined United Airlines $1.9 million
- fined Air Canada $4,500,000
Those last two are the largest fines ever issued by DOT.

I had a rough experience with my airlines booking to overseas.
The customer service @FlightHub were very helpful and solved the issue, they did the best they can to solve the issue with minimum damage and loss.

So JALs website says to issue full refund for “p***engers faced with immigration restrictions” but FH is dragging feet on the refund. This ‘’ close to chargeback…
