@northernqwerty @springsteen @BSTHydePark @Festicket Through my online banking. The payments made up to the point Festicket went down the pan were via my debit card and so protected. Just completed the online refund request with the relevant details when prompted and the money was back in my account later the same day.

Good news on the @BSTHydePark @springsteen / @Festicket front. Those affected by Festicket going down the pan will be offered their previous tickets between early Jan and late April next year at the same price (no payment plan though, that's fair enough).

@BSTHydePark Is there any update on the Bruce Springsteen Festicket issue? I initiated a chargeback with Amex which is taking ages for them to process (ironic considering they are sponsors of the event). When will you tell us how to get our replacement tickets? Tick tock...!

There are many people affected by this. I think the issue needs to be publicised in the mainstream media. It can’t be that difficult to make the tickets available to us for repurchase.

@beckys91_ @glastonbury @seetickets I feel like the selling needs to be done across vendors (so See, Ticketmaster, Festicket etc) and once you’ve signed up you’re randomly ***igned a ticket vendor and there’s an equal supply of tickets and people trying to buy at each so servers etc don’t crash under strain.

@Sile_dee @qc_lola ****o as much as we understand your frustration and would love to help you, refunds are all done by the ticketing company Festicket and only they have the power to do so. We cant issue something we dont have access too. If you still havent received your rfnd pls contact your bank
