@EthericNetworks Update: the support issue opened with Etheric Networks was promptly addressed and resolved as far as I can discern!
I noticed a brief outage while switching to access points, but that makes a lot of sense as far as what went awry from the December 31st outage.

@EthericNetworks @bifrosty2k @sonic @cruzio I've been observing approximately 17% packet loss since this morning. Not sure what changed, there appeared to be a total outage last night at around 2:30a.m. Pacific time, not sure when it recovered.
I'm guessing related to this?

I really like that the WISP (@EthericNetworks) is local too. Not AT&T, not Comcast, not some huge hegemonic media/telco company.
The installers were down to earth, sales rep super polite. Everything seemed like smooth sailing. Reminiscent of @Sonic or @Cruzio experiences.
