Dropbox doesn’t have full support for online-only files for MacOS 12.3 @Dropbox should Mac users wait until they fix this problem or move to another cloud service? I'm not going to DL every damn file on a harddrive 😠

@film_girl Agreed, the problem is, like iPhone and Android, we’re built all set up with Dropbox that transitioning to another service seems…like a lot of work.

@DropboxSupport I have a link sharing ban my first in 11 yrs. I was told it was a bandwidth issue that would last 24 hrs it's been week. I have a marketing company, no copyright issue or inappropriate content. I reduced file size, deleted all shared links, still can't share.

@DropboxSupport I know how to create the links, I know all the steps, I have done it for months, the problem is that now when I disable downloads in a view-only link the right click is enabled and people still can download the files.. that did not happen before. help?

@trellosupport - The Dropbox Power-Up doesn't work on the macOS client and suggests a change to browser settings which we ***ume is Safari but it doesn't work. Any way to fix? Or even better, any plans to add OS notifications to the web app (as a PWA) including an icon badge?

@DropboxSupport Nothing has changed on any of my devices but yet Dropbox says it’s syncing over 1,000 files over and over slowing everything down all while syncing nothing. This isn’t the first time this has happened and I should have to restart multiple times to get it to stop.

So setting up a laptop for an older individual and she needs some docs backup. Was thinking dropbox even though she has a gmail account since I myself have always had issues with the google drive desktop app, mostly with it not properly exiting when shutting down windows.

I have never had a problem with my ballot not getting counted after dropping it in a mailbox. Most places that have a ballot dropbox system also have a system to let you see when it's received AND if it was accepted.

Dropbox sent me this wild email about how to use their service to "declutter like a pro" when their service is part of the problem. I cannot do robust searches in Dropbox and this has really become a problem as I having been using them for over a decade.

The issue is not about liquidity; I responded to the lion calling NFTs a scam generally.

@RSBNetwork I am an independent voter. I voted in Florida with both a drop box that is checked in after, and mail in ballot, where I received a text it was received & a second it was counted, I have no problem with a Dropbox nor mail-in voting. more statesshould adopt Florida’s procedures.

In this case, because of how this app works (multiple docs in app file), backups weren’t a thing either. In short, I quit the app, it threw up a permissions error due to iCloud, and I lost a week of inputs. Again, this never happened with Dropbox. Apple needs to fix this. 3/3

Dear @Dropbox. I know I am running low on space. Instead of giving me two large splash screens about it, just let me go to my files so I can sort it. But having to fight through your reminders is the OG of "not helping solve the problem".
