@DoorDash_Help I ordered something and the person never delivered the item. Then, I reorder the item and I get stuck with the same door dasher who failed to deliver my order in the first place. I never had an issue with someone apparently. This is unacceptable

@DoorDash_Help 15 minutes after delivery time get call from you saying problem with order. Then get notified it went missing and would be remade and ready in 20 mins. 30 minutes later you canceled it. Nice! Now that's service.

We only had 1 issue where it was my fault for entering the wrong zip code - but customer service was great & put us in touch with the driver right away to fix it.

I told him to call doordash and he said he put the right address in. I apologize even though we didn’t do the delivery, we make food. He got all defensive when I told him to call doordash about this problem. I hang up on him. He can go **** himself.

A ***hat called me about his order going to the wrong place. We work with doordash they deliver and we make the food. He called us about the problem. I ask him if he need anything from us. He brings up the delivery at the wrong address.

Chipotle and doordash should do nothing for you. You didn't even call support whenever it happen. Had you called support issue fixed.
