Your app is down for maintenance. So you know, that's helpful.
Has anybody told you recently how much you suck? You need to seriously improve the stability of your service or I will take my business elsewhere.

@CoxHelp Most reputable service providers would provide some sort of explanation when a large outage occurs. I don't feel like saying people worked hard to fix it is sufficient. I'd like to understand what happened, at a high level, and how cox might prevent future similar issues.

@CoxHelp We’ve now had no to sporadic internet going on 12+ hours. When it does work it’s not for long, and your app says there’s a known outage in the area that is estimated to be resolved in four hours.
Each time it says four hours. Then it’s back…then another outage.
