Nr. of guests “adult and children” ends up as a single number of adults.
Property Checkin time is 16:00-18:00 but Booking has 1-hour (17:00-18:00) slot, results in a problem email.

@bookingcom I have a chat with the customer service in order to change my check out dates,the hotel don’t have any issue to changing the dates,but they said we have NOT received any request from booking to do so,and booking customer service said we have sent them TWO emails for that purpose!

My booking was cancelled by @bookingcom with 5 days' notice because they were "unable to accommodate". A similar booking now will cost me upwards of $2000 - which I cannot afford, but more importantly, is not my problem. Why should I pay for your lack of reliability?

.@bookingcom A major pain in the *** in using your website is the page scrolling back up whenever you apply a filter. While I tend to use many filters I'm required to scroll back and forth all the time. This is a significant usability flaw you should fix.
