So it rumbles on. Hotel or @bookingcom cancelled reservation. @bookingcom said you’ll get a refund. Hotel said we never took a payment. Hotel re-let room (website shows fully booked) and says I cancelled. @bookingcom just send automated emails. It’s like Fawlty Towers w cancer.
