@bookingcom And herein lies the problem- your business model relies on me dealing and getting refund from owner who is completely unreasonable , gave incorrect info and wants to charge me €300 euros for a bed that was broken. I can give u details but as you are intermediary u can’t help!

These key issues were also complimented by a small myriad of others, including but not limited to: one key for 4 people, 2 cups for 4 people and the final cherry on the cake - two rooms smelling of poo. At least fix your sewage systems please. @bookingcom @HolidayInn

@bookingcom @shaunchap93 I have a problem with the reservation of the Half Moon Residence Al Thuqbah Hotel The hotel address is wrong and after contacting me the hotel phone mentioned on my Bukina website the hotel (and according to the hotel’s words that I have no reservation with them)

Aren’t you? Your website gets customers in touch with providers. If that’s not selling holidays what is? I see @bookingcom keeps trying to deny any responsibility. Under Covid19 cir***stances the least you should do is ask YOUR providers to issue credit notes to customers.

The ex-property manager is trying to extort 5000Euro to hand over control of the listings on both AirBnb and .booking.com. This can't be the first time this has happened, so I'd like to find out how to deal with it.

@bookingcom thank you, your customer service team are helping me with it. I am not sure why the owner decided to kick us out for raising an issue with our food, but the older couple next to us were allowed to change their main course without being thrown out. Rooms are great in the hotel.
