@ATTBusiness I've been an AT&T customer not even 30 days And this ATTTV has been down more than I can count. I want my money back. My DVR doesn't play back once it records, My internet connection stays down, ATTTV is always off line. I signed up Aug. 25th charged 4 times already.

Just found out U Verse doesn’t carry @NFLNetwork or #ThursdayNightFootball. Tomorrow I start looking for a new provider. Fix this @ItsOnATT.

I am an @Uverse customer trying to watch #ThrusdayNightFoorball and @ItsOnATT it is most definitely not on AT&T. I want my @nflnetwork back on my #Uverse channel lineup! Please fix this or provide a reasonable alternative (switching service isn’t reasonable) does @ATT even care?

I’m done with @ItsOnATT. No way should I pay for a service that’s constantly “not available at this time”.
Its routine for me to unplug, or restart my receiver multiple times a day & not work. Even when I try to troubleshoot via the myAT&T app, it doesn’t solve the issue. Wack!

@DIRECTV @ItsOnATT installed new equipment last week, this after I threw in the towel in Feb due to abysmal service. Feed runs 21 seconds behind. Directv wants $700 to fix it. Every tech in the last 2 years says the same.. AT&T has destroyed the co. Yes they have #sellthecompany

@ItsOnATT I have missed the entire first half and the start of the second half of an NFL game because of a technical issue. Spent over an hour on the phone and chat someone else who was of no help as well. I was told to wait and keep restarting my device

So if you are interested in @ItsOnATT as your tv provider and you use Apple TV to stream it, you should know there is a “known issue” with AT&T that causes it to not work every five minutes or so with a “cannot authorize content” message and requires changing channels a lot.
