@primevideosport Hi please fix the problem with the xbox controller where it turns off even with the headphones plugged in, every 15 minutes, this is a m***ive turn off, if Netflix and Now TV can solve this issue why can’t you? I need to use headphones so will look elsewhere i’m afraid.....

@thisisjessicag @PrimeVideo I've had no issue with it all. Mine works alot better now..... what you watching it on? I always had issues with the built in one on my TV. But firestick works great.

@jannazagari @PrimeVideo @Roku It's the app itself. Don't let @AmazonHelp tell you anything different. Going through the uninstall, reboot, reinstall steps don't help. They'll tell you to contact them so they can check your account. They just need to fix the app.

Seems #PrimeVideo is down across most, if not all #Roku devices. Most of us have tried to reinstall, reboot etc. Hopefully it's sorted soon @PrimeVideo @Roku
