@codysredhair Yeah you will. The biggest problem with altice is you need a tech to come out if there's any problems. With the old stuff, you can just go to optimum and switch out equipment if something doesn't work right. That altice was nothing but problems for me too.

We don’t have data caps here or get charged for extra for going over a fix cap like other parts of the country. I firmly believe that at internet service be regulated as an utility. (2020 has shown internet is a necessity)

And the discovery of the night is that watching something on @AlticeUSA’s cloud dvr uses so much bandwidth that other internet connect devices don’t function properly... seems like a pretty big flaw to me. @optimum... I guess this is your issue too.

@AlticeUSA the most frustrating company I have ever encountered. Their Gateway UBI boxes do not work with the Altice One mini boxes. I lose my DVR, On Demand, Settings and PIP. Want to fix the problem with the same modem. I am new customer and can't believe how bad they are
