if my ui/ux design cl*** has taught me anything it’s that adobe creative cloud wants me to clean up my desktop ASAP and if illustrator thinks i have too many ***ets IT WILL crash my mac or go so slow it will make me long for the sweet releases of days when we used typewriters

@AdobeCare ****o. i am using Windows 10 Professional. My GPU is an Geforce GTX 1660 6GB. My CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six Core and i have 16GB of Ram. There are no error codes or messages. Premiere Pro just shuts down right after my Monitor gets on again.

@AdobeCare Do***ents I print to PDF have either yellow background or white but with certain embedded pictures/text boxes in color. Physical printing same issue. Any fix to this problem? I have DC Pro

@AdobeCare Large files around 25mins it’s freezing at 18% smaller files but same length is freezing at 32%. Small 5 minute video have no problem. 7 min video freezes at 58%.
Also note it doesn’t just freeze the software, it’s my whole computer. I have to pull the power cable every time.

@AdobeCare Thanks to your awful Creative Cloud app signing me out in the middle of an hour long render, Media Encoder wouldn’t stop coming up with a pop up asking me to quit. That’s over an hour of waiting for a render to complete down the drain, and I’ve got to start all over.

@AdobeCare iOS 15 is officially out and it’s still the same issues. How long before @photoshop is ready? Your developers have had the beta for several months now. The problem only occurs on iOS 15 devices which is what all mine are updated to.

@AdobeCare I have had a ticket open since july and I keep getting the same copy/paste email from support about once every 2 weeks. I am told since the issue is escalated nobody can work on it. what? I just need my files so I can cancel

@AdobeCare Thanks for replying! I have not tried copying to a new doc, but I'll try it tomorrow. The crazy letters are only one problem I'm experiencing (thin and thick black lines across a spread are another), but they're easily fixed: I click on the next spread and the problem is gone.

@AdobeCare Another little update, I was trying to export a 25 min video when I ran into this issue. I have just tried a 5min video and it worked. I must add, my disk space has over 50% free and I have exported 3 hour videos before now. So I don't think it has anything to do with space.

Hey @AdobeCare @Adobe why do you keep adding steps to my workflow?
In > Photoshop > Preferences > "Do not append Copy to filename when saving a copy" does not work with Actions.
Even using the "Enable Legacy "Save As"" adds "Copy".

@AdobeCare I tried another software to make the video and it exported fine. So this is definitely an isolated incident within PP.
I’ve also tried different footage to see if that was the issue, I’ve tried all the online tips, I’ve changed nothing in years so don’t understand this.

When I get GPU Accleration Renderer on I got an error message attached in the 1st image, but I switched it to software only because apparently that was meant to fix it, but now I have the export freezing issue. https://t.co/GlGoDIx8lW

@AdobeCare The latest edition of Big Sur on a new iMac with the M1 chip. I haven’t had it crash while using another tool, only the type tool. I don’t use type often but recently is when the problem starts.

@AdobeCare I understand that but it is hogging the bandwidth and making other people I live with unable to use the internet. This is not helpful when I live with a student. The fact that this has happened on multiple different networks shows this to be a lightroom issue, not a wifi issue

@AdobeCare Every time I restart my PC, Creative Cloud breaks. Requires me to reinstall/update it every time. It’s newest issue is it likes to say none of the programs are compatible with my system, even though I’ve updated Windows and have a very good PC.
