Lightroom is the 2015.9 release.
I'm not sure what any of that means. It keeps "shutting down unexpectedly" often when left idle for a while.

@AdobeCare Hi, I was online with Adobe tech support all night. Having issues we couldn’t resolve. Going to try to do a tech call with Microsoft today to fix it. Thanks for the attention though 🥹. The tech team was very helpful

@AdobeCare Monterey 12.1. / InDesign 17.3 / Illustrator 26.3.1. – thought it might be memory issue, so tried closing files + other apps. But once this happens, only way to stop it is to close the app + reopen again.

For me, this is akin to the constant badgering with their stock footage offerings. Let me know things exist. I might use them, I might not. But badgering me really makes me dislike your brand.
I guess they really have little reason to care.

@AdobeCare No crash reports, it would just get stuck on loading screen then time out. I would have to force quit the program. Rolling it back helped, I’ll just wait until I can see a posted update.

@AdobeCare i called and got a refund issued, my problem is with your customer service agents needing to be told repetitively that im out of a job and need the refund, and for them to continue to push upselling. a very bad look in this economy.

BTW - https://t.co/5nfFQDnULr is not loading in the web browser - hence ***uming it's a server issue. Unable to log in to the Adobe account from another machine.

@AdobeCare Hey! I’m having major issues with Photoshop recently. When loading files etc, eventually it’ll crash my PC to where it freezes for 1 minute+, I’ve reset everything and my computer is empty but for some reason, it continues to do it.

@AdobeCare A reboot does not "fix" the problem. This happens even on a clean install. 3 machines with the exact same issue(s) and any PDF I can throw at them have the same results. Care to figure out which @Microsoft update or yours broke this program?

@AdobeCare 10 phone calls today and almost every one was dropped or hung up. Issue with CC since Tuesday. Zero Help from Adobe. 6 emails to TOU-appeals unanswered. Exhausted and my business is closed due to this. #adobe

@AdobeCare Checked for updates, none available. Went through the troubleshooting and sent in a crash report, still will not load PDF files without crashing immediately.

@AdobeCare I got the problem. Premiere says the estimated file size is 37 MB but after exporting, it gets 4 MB. :/

@SqueezyPR @AdobeCare Thanks for using Share for Review and apologies for the inconvenience. That issue was identified to occur in situations where the accessing user didn't exactly match the invited user. Users often experienced it in cases where they had multiple IDs. It has been fixed.

@SwiftOnSecurity Recently wiped my old *** XPS 13 because it's been painfully slow. Clean install of 11 and it was zipping along fast. Got around to reinstalling Adobe CC and performance went right back down the toilet with the 50ish processes it runs at startup eating up the CPU and RAM at idle.

@AdobeCare Thanks. Lag was on the New Project and Export panes of the new UI. When I opened an old project the actual editing UI was fine - but couldn't start a new one due to the issue, and the Export view was also unusable. All footage is on local Mac SSD.
